ENROLLED AGENTS:  Federally Licensed Tax Professionals

If you are looking for tax services, it is likely that one of your primary concerns is filing an accurate, timely tax return.  I realize that you are trusting my firm with all your financial and personal records.  I want to assure you that I strive to protect your information with strict confidentiality and limited client privilege.  I am an Enrolled Agent and a Certified Financial Planner. 

Enrolled Agents are the only federally licensed and regulated tax professional.  Enrolled Agents have demonstrated technical competence in all areas of the Internal Revenue Service tax code and must abide by high ethical standards.  Like CPAs and tax attorneys, Enrolled Agents are admitted to represent their clients before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service including audits, collections, and appeals.  Unlike CPAs and attorneys, all Enrolled Agents specialize in tax preparation.  As an Enrolled Agent, I passed a two day comprehensive tax examination administered by the Internal Revenue Service.  As a condition of enrollment, I am subjected to a rigorous background check conducted by the United States Department of the Treasury.  Additionally, as an Enrolled Agent, I must complete Continuing Professional Education annually as a requirement to maintain my license.
